Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may return it within 10 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please note that issues related to size or color choices, or inaccurate shipping addresses provided by the customer, are not our responsibility. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the damage or defect is due to an error on our part or from our third-party fulfillment team, we will waive both the restocking fee and return shipping charges.
